Orders cannot be opened or tried on while the courier is waiting.

You may request an exchange or a refund within 8 days of receiving your order.

If you request a refund, no additional shipping fees will be charged.

For exchanges, shipping fees apply unless the item you received is incorrect or defective.

Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.
